We are “Habisben Services, a quality property management service company, available to owners and residents of Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club and Los Aguilares. Our offices are located at the ground floor in the  Club House.

Habisben Services offers you much more than just extra leisure time. We are here to make your life easier in every way – something that can be especially valuable to newcomers in this area. When you work hard, you need to relax even harder. We are dedicated to making it possible. Enjoy yourself while we take care of the chores. House cleaning, gardening, home maintenance – these are just a few examples of the services available to our customers. Just pick and choose from our Property Management Member Service Menu available to our customers to put together a package that perfectly meets your requirements, and helps to maintain your property in impeccable condition.

By selecting a package from The Property Management – Member Service Menu  you become a Member of Habisben Services. We agree on the kind of services you need from us and make a contract for the period of a year, automatically renewable. You will have the advantages of the Member’s special rates.

If after reviewing our full Service Menu you decide not to select any of our domestic packages, you still will be able to request our services “à la carte”. On this site, you will also find the work order forms.
