Weekly Inspection of the Property done by our Maintenance Staff Member to ensure mint condition of your home

Ventilation: To Open all windows and Doors allowing fresh air in
Visual Control: Check Optimum State of internal and external walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors and terraces
Electrical Supply Check: To ensure the main electricity supply is working properly
Water Supply Check: to ensure the water supply is working properly, run taps, flush toilets
and Cut – Off Main Water Valve
Doors Lock: To ensure the main entrance door lock and main terrace door lock are working properly

Control of proper functioning of your property installations by one of our Maintenance Staff Member

Electrical Check (electrical panel, lights and lamps)

Turn on Water Heating System and Refrigerator al least 24 hours prior to arrival

The pre-arrival inspection does not include the repair of detected damages or the cost of spare  parts or additional labour. Repair only after owners’ approval.
